Q) How does the My Music Gift System work?
A) State that a free music offer is enclosed on your offer envelope and give details on your enclosed letter or offer. Visit our Sample Campaigns page for sample bank, charity, or small business campaigns. We will provide you with the necessary download codes to be included in your direct mail offer. Then you design your customizable section of the landing page with additional information, offers, or links to your website (see example landing page). We offer design of any of these pieces at a rate of $50/hour.
Q) Where is this landing page hosted?
A) Your landing page will be hosted on the My Music Gift website. The address will be www.mymusicgift.com/yourcompanyname. It is hosted on our servers because the high volume of music downloads could pose a problem if hosted on your website. We closely manage our server capacity and scale as needed, always leaving extra capacity to accommodate heavier than expected download volumes.

A) It's relaxing instrumental music by Tom Laskey. He has sold over 250,000 CD's and has recored almost 100 tracks. Some of his recent recordings can be found on our Music page. We have also developed strategic content partnerships to provide you with an even wider variety of music. We do not plan on stopping here. Q) Great idea but why not use pop music or something a bit more exciting?
A) Tom Laskey's music is mostly relaxing instrumental music. Relaxing instrumental music is great to give away as part of many marketing campaigns because it can easily be tied into your offer. For example, “listen to the free relaxing instrumental music to relax while paying the bills” or “we know planning for retirement can be stressful, listen to this calming music while taking a retirement readiness survey” or “take a break and relax with this instrumental music as our thanks for your generous support” (view more tie ins).
Instrumental music also has the largest audience base because it can be enjoyed across countries and languages. We know this because we have had interest in our music from prospects in Spanish speaking Central America, and Arabic speaking Saudi Arabia. Q) The music sounds pretty good to me but I'm not really an expert. How do I know this is quality music that my direct mail recipients will enjoy?

Q) Can we specify a clever username and/or password to tie in with our campaign?

Q) How much lead time does My Music Gift need to get my campaign set up?
A) Within two business days of receiving your signed order and deposit we can have your landing page (www.mymusicgift.com/yourcompanyname), as well as your username and password setup. You will need these in order to include them in your direct mail printed material. You will then need to customize your landing page and send it back to us to that we can upload it to our site and make it live. Once we receive your updates we will post your landing page within 1 business day.
Q) I have a direct mail campaign in 6 months and am interested in using My Music Gift. Could I have a landing page, username, and password set up?
A) Yes, for a $100 down payment you can have your landing page, username, and password set up to one year in advance of your campaign. This will allow you more time to test and customize your page. This option gives your extended team (external ad agency, web experts, integrated channel team, etc.) more time to work out campaign details. Once your campaign comes around you will be able to use the $100 down payment toward the purchase price. In addition, in the unlikely event of a pricing increase you will be locked into the earlier pricing.
Q) I'm thinking about using My Music Gift for a Holiday Campaign, do you have any music to match?

Q) How long will my landing page be available for my campaign?
A) The standard time a campaign is available is 3 months. If you would like to run a campaign for longer or shorter just indicate on the order form. There may be additional charges for campaigns exceeding 3 months.
